Faction progress still stuck in 2022

2022 and this issue is still there… amazing!

  • What is your character name in New World: Elyon Stormblood
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Barri
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Rank up quest “Syndicate Advancement: Scrivener” is completed and turned in, but the role remains stuck to Adept.
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: stopping progress, VERY annoying and disappointing
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: no
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Have a level 60 character, switch faction to Syndicate, get 3000 rep, get the quest in Brightwood, complete it and turn it in to the faction NPC

I am sorry to hear of this issue you are having with faction progress. I have reviewed all the data you have provided and thank you for the information. Due to the type of issue you mention and how it does not match the expected behavior, this thread would be better addressed in the Bug Reports section
