Faction quest bug pls help

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Asgard

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I can not pump the rank of the faction because of the fact that the buggy quest, I did the first quest to upgrade from 1 to 2 rank, but I was not given it. And I was given a quest immediately for the third rank,

• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: I can’t get resources from the faction

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Not in my competence, I would ask that I be given a rank 5, so that I do not meet with this anymore, otherwise it turns out that I am stuck forever with the first rank

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I went to do the quest in Brightwood, took a quest from a representative of the purple faction, went to the cemetery collected a box, killed a yellow ghost, collected the box again, returned to pass the quest and that’s it

I have already pumped up to rank 5 green and yellow faction, recently decided to go back into the game and pump purple and here’s a bad moment happened. Reset doesn’t and won’t help either. Went on the internet to look up how to fix it and I’m just amazed that it’s been around since 2021

Same here. Cant advance rank or access new gear. But my faction token cap increased. And yeah, no one from the Dev or Mod team has acknowledged that this issue has been plaguing people for the past 2 years. Forums close and go unresponded to, and the few that are visited by Mods are just “escalated.” So clearly nothing is actually being done about this.
