I am having the exact same issue.
I tried dropping all the quests and picking up fresh ones but the same thing happened again.
Can’t turn in the 3 completed faction quests, but the npc offers 3 new ones. This ultimately means I can’t complete “Commitment to the Cause” and is stuck till it’s fixed, amazing start to what was a game I really looked forward to playing
You need to go into your quests menu and click Reset on the Main Quest where it asks you to turn in one faction quest. You then abandon your faction quests (sorry if you’ve completed them, but it must be done). Then pick up new faction quests from the Faction Representative.
You’ll know it worked because your quests will now appear “In Progress” on the Faction quest board.
Resetting the main quest will only reset the part where you have to talk to the Town person, then the faction representative. It will not reset the entire main quest line lol
Is there any way for this to work if you have completed and handed in your faction quest? I can reset the Main Quest, but it doesn’t make any difference it seems.
