Prior to the morning, I have completed multiple faction quests and am now unable to turn them in.

I’m sorry that you’re unable to turn-in the faction quests.
Could you both please try and follow the steps below and see if they might work:
- Run Steam and New World as admin
- Run Steam Integrity Check
Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files 1 - And relaunch the game.
After this, try to turn-in the quest, double-click on the quest section of the board.

Thank you for contacting me regarding this issue. I have completed both tasks that you asked, admin mode and verified files. However, all 3 Faction Quests in Great Cleave still show as gold in color (not green) and it states “In Progress” when I speak to the faction vendor. On my map it shows the green indicator for quests completed and also in my journal it shows all 3 faction quests as completed. So, in summary, it’s still broken.
