yup. I run around the shattered mountain and did my 3 faction quests. completed them, it said they were completed. the town even said i had 3 quests to hand it. But talking to the faction guy all 3 quests are “in progress”. given only the option to abandon.
and the million other bugs obviously. New World is a good game but get the shit working. and preferably not server downtime on friday nights at 8pm every week
