Faction Rep Cap locked at 3000 and didn't give me templar after finishing the quest

  • Okay so I finished my Templar quest for the Covenant faction and the quest didnt go threw. So now I don’t have the quest anymore I am stuck at Initiate and capp at 3000 faction rep.
  • with this bug I cannot go on in the faction rank and I am stuck now where I am and a little frustrated
