Faction Reputation stuck in 3k, even you complete the mission

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I switched from syndicate to covenant and I started farming reputation and then I hit 3k rep and did the templar advancement quest,but in my BIO it still says im just innitiate and im stuck at 3k rep…,i already complete the quest.

did you press j to see if the auto assigned progression quest was in your quest inventory?

I have a similar problem. I switched to Covenant several weeks ago but my reputation is capped at Initiate and I never get the Trial Of The Templar quest. I went to the Covenant Enclave and did the whole quest line and I’m still stuck at Initiate. I just hit level 41 and I’m really not happy.
