Can someone explain the point of the faction specific areas? I went to my factions and it had nothing there but npcs that did nothing. Am i missing domthing?
What do you mean by facton specific areas?
Game is divided in 3 factions. Marauders, covenant, syndicate.
Conpanies from those factions can declare war on another faction to take over a game region.
Once you have a faction selected, and you are in a region that your faction controls, you have some benefits.
The new faction headquarters.
There’s indeed little to be done there right now. I would assume AGS will expand on this in the future. One of the NPC’s in the marauders camp for example basically told me to sod off, he didn’t have food for my kind (paraphrased). So, I would guess they’re planning food vendors there for one.

Yeah I think they just pushed the UI changes early… But I think they will add content to them at some point in the future.
