Faction Swap Reputation Halt - Bug [CAN NO LONGER PROGRESS!]

  • What is your character name in New World: civ
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Calnogor
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Swapped factions from Covenant to Marauders, and then back to Covenant today (1/12/2021). I am stuck at the Excubitor rank for faction missions because the game is recognizing that I have once completed it already (I am assuming). This means I can no longer progress past 26,000 faction tokens or to the next rank. Apparently this has been a problem for a while now and still not fixed.
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: BUG
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I can no longer progress in faction reputation after swapping factions.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No
  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Reach max reputation rank in one faction, swap to a new faction, swap back to the faction you played previously and try to re-rank up in faction rep.

@Luxendra This problem has existed for a while and is / will effect us players who are interested in end game content since we cannot purchase mutation orbs / chisels from the vendor! Please toss us a bone here and relay this to the devs as a top priority!

Yes this is a top priority. Fix is anticipated to pass testing soon. Latest was posted to this thread:

@Kay Will this be fixed before mutations are out though? I am afraid that we will be set back on buying mutation orbs through the faction vendors because of this bug.

I can’t even get to the second rank. I got the first quest in CK, completed it, then nothing. I sent a ticket in but I see it is a much bigger issue.

I’m stuck in first rank of marauder can’t receive the Trial of the Gladiator mission from Cutlass Keys rep. Would be appreciate if any dev help me.
