The title says it all. People need options on which faction they want to join after merge. Some people want to join the faction on which it has least territories claimed for more PvP content.

It does reset for the people on the server being merged.
So basically if I have a 23 days cooldown now. if we get merged into another server. my cooldown resets and I can switch faction again?
