I think the lack of a response to this serious bug has set the stage for what we can expect for any other future critical issues. Especially given that for this issue, it’s clear that it shouldn’t take much effort to compare a character’s faction rank with their token cap in game in a database and make an appropriate update (unless they’re doing something bad like storing this information client side). I empathize with the developers drowning in other issues, but I really am not sure that server transfers (in region locked state they are advertised to be) should have superceded these other more critical gameplay issues (including T5 azoth staff being unable to close portals, the ice gauntlet war exploit, etc…). Now that it’s been two patch cycles, I think I’ve lost all faith.

It’s easy - by the time you encounter this major bug you are way beyond the refund time - so… as you already paid and there is little chance you will flood the game with more money you are not important for them to fix the issue.

2 weeks still no fix
Seems like Amazon Game Studios uses the same piss poor customer support as what Amazon itself does

I found the reason and solution for this bug.
If you complete any faction rank up while you have max amount of quests active it will bug out and not rise your token cap.
It seems max quest count is near 30, so when completing faction rank ups have only about max 25 quest active.
I suspect under the hood it creates and completes quests to give you the higher token cap, and if you have too many quests it is unable to do so.
It not worked for me, still capped at 25k. So boring
Love this bug, since I’m trying to do endgame content and this is/was the most attainable way to get decent armor to prep for that

Normally a proponent for devs getting leeway and ask that other players have patience, but your lack of response on this matter, even to say it’s being worked on, really shows a lot of character lacking from at least some of you up there.

Issue: Faction tokens are still capped at 25k after completing all the quests. Everyone I did the quests with have no problems… I DO!
This is a major bug.
How are we getting compensated for this? I’ve made a ticket and had to go to chat with customer service and now post on here… Running me in circles to get no where.

The most depressing thing ever. And I play greataxe hatchet, imagine the healers who can’t get their BiS weapon (far superior to the 580 legendary quest reward life staff)…
Same issue by me, two 8h updates since this issue was first aknowleged, and it is still not repaired, i don’t think i will continue to play this game, when such major issues are not even seen from developers.
This is actually disgusting. Has every resource in the book, but cant fix a simple issue after 2 weeks. Sad company.
