- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Completed the final Marauder rank up PVP quest for rank of âCommanderâ 5 days ago and my faction tokens are capped at 25000 instead of 45000. As a result I canât buy my level 60 pvp gear. I have tried spending and regaining tokens, however that did not fix it at all.
- Is this a bug or an exploit: This is a terrible game breaking bug!
- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: As mentioned above I cannot buy any PVP items worth more than 25000 which is putting me at a disadvantage, as my main reason for playing this game is PVP.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Not at all, please fix it.

I had a limit of quests before this bug

It shouldnât be that hard, as someone said, to temporarly disable the faction cap so people who are bugged can actually start getting their stuff⌠Iâm tired of waiting, everyday I play the game Iâm reminded that I still have a level 40 chest piece, and level 49 weapons of the faction. Iâm already getting a few decent ish weapons from elite whatsoever but still, I want the faction gear idc, the full marauder heavy set plus the medium chest piece ASAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.

PLUS, they might not even be working on this lmao.
To start off, this issue is not even on known issues, despite this thread having more than 600 replies: Known Issues for Launch
Then one of the CMâs is saying this:
âWe update the Known Issues list when new issues have been confirmed by the team or have been completely resolved. I believe the war declaration bug you mentioned has been on the Known Issues list since the 11th but I unfortunately do not have any updates to provide at this time.â
We are actively working on the Top 20 issues list and hope to present that information as soon as possible.

Apparently this is not a Top 20 issue or a known issue. This has been going way far too long⌠itâs complete nonsense by now.

Yea if this is true and i donât see this bug being fixed in the next patch notes iâm off to another game. Crazy that they donât even care about this enough that they wonât even put it in the top 20 issues lmao. What a joke.

I mean this solution works only if you have faction rank up quests undone.
If you are max rank with bugged points, devs need to fix it.
I had rank 3 bugged at 10k - it bugged as I had too many quests.
After rank 4, made sure I didnât have too many quests, and it worked.
Now at 25k at rank 4 and that is correct

Is it seriously going to take them a month just to fix this? This is beyond acceptable at this point. In case the devs are not aware - GETTING GOOD GEAR IS THE THING MMORPG PLAYERS CARE ABOUT THE MOST!!!

I canât even open new live chat/tickets with New World Support because every time i try to log-in it just reset the page like there is some sort of bug, problem or block.
But I can still open tickets regarding Twitch Prime from the same page, very strange.
So⌠nothing mentioned in the patchnotes and now i canât even contact the support. Very nice.
At this point i have lost all the hope i had.

- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Similar as others above. Completed commanderâs quest; however, tokens are capped out at 25k rather than 50k. Lost MANY tokens as I was already near the 25k cap.

Same thing witm me. Faction Cap didnt raise to 25000 after Completing Trial of the Cabalist. Stuck on 15000 so missed out on Faction Points for Completing Quest and cant buy anything in Cabalist Tier.
Cant get my 24,000 Chest now because of Bug. And cant do Faction Quests as im not getting Coins I need for Gear.

Well this isnt fixed at all probably fixes itself when you change factions so amazon doesnt think its an issue
New World: Best PvP game ever made
But you canât buy pvp gear for 2+ weeks if you get this bug

Someone in a thread regarding this bug said that changing factions did NOT fix this issue.
