  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Faction tokens - I completed the final trial to unlock Commander. The token cap is bugged and stuck at 25k, rather then 50k, but i can buy Commander Item.
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Commander Faction Token Stuck at 25k

I joked in last few posts. But seriously, crying on forum won’t get us anywhere, this is what called pillow to scream into. if we want Amazon to actually look into the issue please open up ticket or start live chat

The tickets and incidents has to be reviewed by internal teams. Getting their attention to the problem is only chance to fix it in reasonable time.

Customer support has to bring it up to prod support team. prod support team will bring it up with (dev)ops and dev teams

It has been about 2 weeks any update on this? Maintenance is occurring and no one has mention cap issues and stuck at 25k while other players are 50k is not fair. I hope you guys inform us of the issue.

Funny enough there is also a known bug/issues linking Steam to your Amazon Games account tried to launch a ticket/chat tonight and couldn’t even do that. Sadge

Any update? Looking at the patch not mention of a solution and this is now several weeks for some people, I know for myself its jepordizing my warring status as I continue to fall behind the pack.

16 days and this major bug is still not fixed in 1.03?? Who prioritizes the backlog? Server transfer is less important than this game breaking bug.

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Faction tokens - The token cap is bugged and stuck at 15k, rather than 25k. Unable to purchase gear because of that. Am currently Lumen but my reputation is already 49k. didnt want to do the Adjudicator quest because im assuming that ill also end up getting in the 25k cap anyway. regardless, im a lumen so i should be able to get 25k cap and be able to buy weapons for my rank.

A much better patch for fixes but to see nothing about the faction token bug is sad. Can you please just give us an up to date response that it is known, being worked on and estimated fix time. Its such a simple fix i dont think you realise how much of a disadvantage we are at

they have been fixing a minor problem with pop-up achievements for about a year and have not fixed it in any way, it is already clear how they treat players with our serious! the problem without even mentioning it in the 3rd patch
