I have evactly the same problem. I reached the lvl 60 and i can’t even gave my LVL60 faction stuff. I lost many hours of game farming thoses tokens with my friends and i can’t even use them to buy my lvl 60 stuff. this is a critical bug for everyone which reached lvl 60 right now i hope you wil be able to fix this problems in the next fiew hours !!!

Hi @Journei, do u know if there is an ETA on this issue? Seems like more and more is having the problem. And as people reach max rank this will be a big hinderance for them.
Still a problem as of 10/13/21. Faction tokens are capped at 15,000 even though I reached the Cabalist rank as syndicate. [FireDancer on Frislandia US East server] Any updates?
I had the same problem when I ranked up to Cabalist but when I ranked up to Alchemist my max token cap correctly increased to 50000. Before finishing the Alchemist quest I spent all my faction tokens and restarted the game. I’m not sure if it actually helped or if it’s purely random to get this bug but I just wanted to share this information.
