Hi @Journei, do u know if there is an ETA on this issue? Seems like more and more is having the problem. And as people reach max rank this will be a big hinderance for them.

Still a problem as of 10/13/21. Faction tokens are capped at 15,000 even though I reached the Cabalist rank as syndicate. [FireDancer on Frislandia US East server] Any updates?
I had the same problem when I ranked up to Cabalist but when I ranked up to Alchemist my max token cap correctly increased to 50000. Before finishing the Alchemist quest I spent all my faction tokens and restarted the game. I’m not sure if it actually helped or if it’s purely random to get this bug but I just wanted to share this information.

I’ve now got my final rank and still stuck with 15k limit instead of 50k which basicly locks me out of almost all final tier items 
did contact support who said its a known issue and being worked on, not ETA.
