Describe the issue you are experiencing: My faction token cap is still set at 25.000 even though I finished the last trial. I cannot buy the high-end gear that I want to because some of the items cost more in terms of token than what I can literally have.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I cannot compete with higher level players BECAUSE I am unable to purchase high end game pieces for my character.

(if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: I included two screenshots. One of the you can clearly see that my faction token cap is 25.000 because it is highlighted in green. The other one shows that I am eligible to buy the highest pieces of gear but am unable to due to the bug.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I have no clue how to reproduce the issue as I’ve experienced. Many other players have experienced this though.
