in the recent dev post about the merges we were told that the faction transfer timer would get reset. I would like to know if we can get an eta on when this will be implemented.
Our server got merged and alot of the guilds from different factions want to join together but some people cant because of the transfer timer.

This. Having the same issue, we are changing to Syndicate on our new server as they are heavy underdogs but my guild have already changed and have declared on multiple Covenant territories, if Syndicate become a majority I will be stuck with a massive russian guild who speak little to no english
