Faction Xp Capped at 26000 (rank 4) can’t progress

My faction ranked xp is capped at 26000 how do I progress to rank 5. I’m level 60 and I finished the faction quest at mouringdale. I can’t seem to find any more factions quest I looked around all the settlements but nothing. I googled it but there’s info about it. What am I doing wrong? Any idea please help

This seems to be a bug. I’ve found this post as well Faction rank not advancing - cabalist

I recommend you to try verifying integrity of game files just to test, and try again to see if the bug is related to some file being damaged Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files
