- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I completed the expedition and got the credit in the instance and have received the Dungeon Dragon title for defeating the expedition and the empress kill as I was still alive, it hasnt awarded the credit though to complete the "End of her Reign (expedition) quest to hand in
