yup getting the same thing - so when is the fix happening Amazon , Ill get back in only to for the update to happen and be off line for another 4 hours lol

In case this helped 30 mins ago I got lag detected in game and crashed to desktop, checked NW server status and all were under maintenance according to the status thingie. A few minutes later they were all online again

Oooh now I got the exciting “no logon ticket received” error. Guess downtime is happening sooner than planned.
Just got in. I had been clicking the Play button and getting the error, over and over, like a mouse trained to push a button for cheese.
Then it stopped letting me do that. So I closed the game and relaunched. This time when I hit Play, I was able to get in.
Guess its happening to a lot of people. got both errors here.
Steam is currently offline, this is causing the login errors at the moment.
Just wait until steam is back up!
(or keep trying it will work after for some people after a lot of tries)

I just encountered this error moments ago. I had just left my PC in sleep mode for the last 12+ hours, so I restarted it. This solved the issue, I’m able to log in to New World again.
same here us west celadon server. tried the refresh, server was grayed out and unpickable ( or was picked by default) esc to main menu and tried no go, tried restarting the game no go. wth is going on? the war and exploits were bad already due to dumb people using them which causes a whole ton of people to lose land… and amazon games not disabling wars until fixed ( which i am sure has cost them a ton of players already) but now its doing this.
Faction chat got muted so I logged to correct the bug issue and then it tells me failed login or no login ticket found…wtf is this shit? 2.5hrs of game play just gone and now I got nothing to fuckin stream? Why are we doing this at midnight anyways. Do it at like 3am CT or some shit.
It should work again boys, just tested it and got in.
Be aware the steam servers are still quite unstable so you might have to try it a couple of times.

Failed to join login queue…Barataria and Brazir…was working fine a couple of hours ago…
Might be steam and not NW issue.
It’s a steam issue but the steam api is back up so it should work again!
