I couldn’t walk up the stairs to the platform that Kisare the Taskmaster spawns on. I would walk right through them. Jumping up on the sides also didn’t work and I would glitch and end up under the platform (a skeleton spawns under here btw). I was able to make it completely onto the platform and fell through the platform while looting the chest. Once under the platform, I could hug the walls until I was able to glitch through and walk out.

I could not kill Kisare the Taskmaster for a quest unless I used a ranged weapon to lure it away from the platform or I found a stable path to walk and hoped I didn’t fall through the platform.
I was able to leave by walking and hugging the wall.
The stairs to the south seem the most buggy, but the southwest corner of the platform on top, particularly where the skeleton spawns is also buggy.
