Update: 4 out of 38 bots are no longer searchable. 10.5% of bots finally removed after 34 days since I started documenting and reporting.

Just confirming that the 6-7 toon bot group you and I have both reported are STILL in Cutless Keys/ First Light & in Monarch’s Bluff.
And since those two spots are both prime areas for me to harvest T1 ore and magic mats, I’ve had to spend WAY more time to get the same quantity of mats. Also, now that the Trading is merged, this is why we see iron ore going for .06 - this is just so dumb.

@DaYuKo Sorry bro but frankly I don’t believe your team will look at it. We have the same problem on our server and ours is a medium pop server. The economy is in ruins and all we get from AGS is “we’re working on it.” We’ve already see how little is cared to address the bot issue. You didn’t fix the issue with bots and fishing you just nerfed it until it wasn’t profitable for a bot to do it anymore.
All we get from AGS is punishment because of cheaters and bots.

For every 1 banned 3 pop up
Bots are now level 30+ with a faction and gear, i followed/reported many of them in Hades (EU). They’re ruining the experience/gathering for everyone, they can easily be found in starter areas like Monarch’s Bluff / Cutlass Keys and First Light in every server (lower risks for them to not get reported because there are not that many players in those areas, except gatherers).

I have reported several times multiple boots for almost TWO WEEKS now and all I see is he price going down but the bot still farming. He is on 24/7 and anyone can see them if they wait at one node for him to come back.
Wow thank you for the efforts , I felt I was alone until I found this post, I’ve had similar experience - The BOTS are becoming a joke,, I wonder why AGS has made little comment and what you have said adds up, the BOTs probably account for 1/8 of the current player base, , but the bigger problem is that these accounts are alts feeding another account and banning these accounts will solve not a lot considering the money they would have already funnelled to accounts that will not be banned. While AGS continues to make content that I have already done 1000x , 10x harder to do with less reward and do nothing about the botting accounts feeding the already rich accounts, I’m left to wonder why I continue to log in when AGS cares so little for the 700hours I and many other players have put into this game. I didn’t pay 40$ to be a beta tester, I did beta trials over a year ago.
Devaloka is full of this pest called bots, it is spoiling the gameplay of players who really want to have fun in the game.
What cracks me up is when you see where XXX amount has been banned from duping but I haven’t seen a bot banned. Sure these people are not duping gold but they are filling the market with mats for sale at 0.01 in BULK. Same bot i complained about in here about botting nodes has now moved onto green wood and filled the market with wood.

I just came by to say that these Devs don’t deserve ya bro. This is the most in depth information dump on bots I’ve ever seen. Hopefully with this much proof, someone might quit playing hacky-sack long enough to ban them.
If they had people like YOU working at AGS the game might not in the current dumpster fire condition its in.

By the Time they get around to banning these accounts, sadly twice that many reappear… It is def making this game no fun to play anymore and as said due to low pops server they’ve ruined the economy for honest players. I was going to play on a different server till i found this thread and realized it was Game Wide.
Plus side is Devs are being fair to everyone, granted nothing is done to solve the issue. By the time they get around to it, they will only be patching the game for bots to kill end content.
I wanted to create a similar topic to this one, but now I understand that you shouldn’t waste your time, as this will not bring any results, no one will block the bots, and even if they block it, they will create a new account on the same day and continue to work
This is really frustrating. Like on the other servers we have also Bots on Tartarus. Even a level 60! Bot farming in the south west of Reekwater Orichalcum 24/7 since weeks. Reports did not change anything on that.
Hence I need to accept that AGS is not willing to put more ressources into that issue. Banning those account every few weeks (month?) is simply not good enough in my opinion.
For me I took the decision to no longer report Bots I came across… it is just wasted time!

I understand why dev team isn’t worried about it atm cause it’s a small fire compared to the fire they made with 1.1 without testing it properly on PTR.
I’ve only been coding for a year so not enough experience for anything real life, however if one thing drilled in my head by my teacher it was test your code, test your code, test your code. Just cause it compiles doesn’t mean there won’t be bugs.
I agree that the dev team need to focus on more important things right now. There are too many issues needs to be fixed first.
However, if we as players are able to identify botting easily it should be even easier for someone from the e.g. the customer support team with some additionally internal data. Therefore, it is just a matter of adding additional resources to this issue. This may not result in banning those account within hours, but maybe at least days.
It should not that hard to find additional personnel or even accept the help from the community. I’m sure there would be enough player willing to help AGS.
But it really feels like they don’t care and certainly not willing to pay more to get this resolved or at least to get it reduced.

Day 38: over 90% of the bots are still active. despite sending in hard evidence on almost all of them and showing how their pathing is not how a real person would path…
I have now abandoned reporting and updating this post and in game. as its obvious AGS doesn’t give a shit so why should I. On to better games, I barely log on now.
Orun server is becoming very dead. Used to peak at 1000 people. We’re lucky to peak 500 now. Server is so dead and filled with bots that it took 7 hours to get into an OPR.
NW has lost 56% of its clients, that’s 230,000 players in the last 30 days. Like I said in a post before, the only people that can destroy NW are the AGS themselves. This is what happens when you don’t listen to suggestions and feedback from your customers and don’t test changes before throwing it on a live server.

Also thanks to everyone on this post and the other threat who also report players constantly, since we are all here trying to build a better gaming community with the best experience, and this includes all of us.
About the bans, I can assure that we sent the reports about cheaters, however we can’t see why or why not they were banned (this is why there’s a special appeals team who handle this information). Also note that this doesn’t mean that they will not be banned in the future or so.
Please keep reporting suspicious players (or obvious) that seems not to be playing according to the Amazon Games Code of Conduct.
