Fast Travel Fails again and again

Anyone else having Fast Travel bugging like hell right now?

I have full Azoth.

Yes had the same today, only could recover from it by completely restarting the game

Fast Travel always fails for me if I recall to house and then instantly try to fast travel anywhere else.

Have the same issue. Its a really old bug.
