Fast travel not works

Hi, after a major outage on 24.11.2021, I joined the game on 25.11.2021 and on my character EU Central, Sanor, I have no fastravell on my map. I haven’t discovered a single city where I can teleport. If I find it again, teleporting works. I really won’t rediscover the whole map. Please FIX

My character name in game is MartinsCZ lvl 60, Sanor.
