First quest to travel from Watchtower to Settlement with news of corruption (approx. Lvl 6). Task to Open Map. Option to fast travel to the Settlement is available (as ‘Recall to the Inn’), but fast travel just places character back at Watchtower - Is this a bug or an exploit:
