Feedback: Housing feels unrewarding

Houses are currently only for trophy & storage…

being creative is strongly punished as placing things yellow gives the inverse negative score rather than simply just 0 which had been a large penalty already. Furthermore placing too many of one thing such as chairs even if all are green also results in negative score eventually…

if that wasn’t all then the notion or thought to focus a city is killed off the moment you remember there is a cap at 300… it might be a high cap but nonetheless a cap.

They could easily remove it as it would take forever to get higher and there is no abuse in it as all are just simply discounts and hard to achieve… So why not just remove the cap and have the required points needed grow with each level as they already do ?

currently the max discount is roughly 37.4% if you where to focus something specific up to 300, so if they where to remove the cap then at 1000 which would be rather unlikely but a few might achieve it in a year or more then they would have free housing in 1 town out of the 3 and we will likely see more towns in the future but eitherway there would be no harm removing the cap, if anything it might encourage certain types to try and achieve it and those who reach 300 in the future wont worry about score being worth nothing. since once you reach 300 all u would gain from town board is housing score but no territory points…

and why cause yellow placements to give negative ? a +9 would give -9 if placed as yellow… it had been enough if the score was reduced to 5, or in worst case 0 and placing same item too often shouldnt turn to 0 and then to negative… who designed that ?

not to forget the heavily unrewarding top 20… you only look at #1 and perhaps 2 & 3 but still that is just looking, there is not a discount or small reward bag and each update u loose 100% rather than 50 or 90% which discourages a lot to even partake in this…

what developer or designer came up with designs that scares away customers ?
