Final Boss in Genesis Dungeon Insta Killing

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: The last boss in Genesis is insta killing members of our party with no warning on multiple occasions. I have done the dungeon before and am familiar with her attack. One instance of it happening is her rock throwing animation is insta killing instead of waiting for the rocks to fall. there are other insta kills happening that we are not even sure what is causing them. We know screech was bugged as well

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Making it nearly impossible to finish Genesis dungeon which is an expensive dungeon to run. causing a lot of gold in repairs during attempts

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: fight the last genesis boss, it always happened on every attempt.

We are having the same issue.

Our group had the same issue yesterday with multiple boss attempts. Bug is 100% reproducible and cost us a lot of gold to repair our items.

Same here, also my grp was getting instad by the rocks without even touching the ground! cost me 2k gold repaircosts - can we get a refund because of that bug?

For anyone else who sees this, after a few thousand in repairs and some lost party members the best solution we could find was to have one person not even fight but just be always running nonstop far away that they always took the rocks while the others all stayed close. By always being in full sprint it was able to avoid the insta from the rock animation sometimes but still eventually insta killed a few times but enough time passed that have melee dps on her with the tank was able to kill her. Of course as the ranged dps who committed to the always run and inevitably die strat i got no loot but we were able to finally get a win and get the hell out. Extreme,y frustrating because this was my favorite expedition to run and now is ruined =/
