Just waited about 4 hours in new player queue, got to position 1 and it was about to let me in to the server. As it’s about to load, I just got an error message that said the connection failed and I had to re-queue, now I’m back to position 1667… Like, what am I supposed to do about that? There is also about an 80min queue for the live chat support…

First queue at 8 am was 1889, got to #1, had a firewall popup, which I allowed NW access, then Failed to Connect, and kicked to logon. Next queue was 5000+. After 7 hours, got to #1 and No Connection Found. Currently waiting out a 7000+ queue, and checking firewall to make sure it’s not the problem. Have had a fast internet connection throughout. Very disappointed after all the delays and long wait.
