Someone posted a video doing MASSIVE damage in an Outpost with the Fire Staff, literally 1 shot-ing everyone on the battlefield.
From what i read, it was found on the PTR, but im 10000% positive that it will also be found and exploited on the LIVE server.
You definitely need to fix this ASAP, it will completely break the game (even if the game is already half broken).
Fast guesses are that: Oblivion and Empower endlessly stack over and over.
Didn’t that happen with all weapons? I thought it was something related to battle bread. Did you look into this? Or just saw an old PTR posts and decided this was a pressing matter?
I ran a few OPR post-patch and no one dealt 20k in my games

And if you would have READ,
you would have see that is most-likely that Oblivion and Empower endlessly stack permanently.
