Firestaff Burn Out and Combat Speed behaviour

Hi all, I was wondering if the passive skill of Firestaff which is called “Combat Speed” when used with the active skill “Burn Out” makes sense.

If I use “Combat Speed” with any other active skill of Firestaff it is triggered the moment the active skill is performed and this behavior is right because the description is clear “When you activate a FIrestaff ability gain 10% Haste for 5s”; but in the case of “Burn Out” it makes little sense, because it is practically activated the moment the animation starts, and once it has ended, instead of having the 5 seconds of “Haste” there will be 3 seconds left (2 if you consider that most of the time you are forced to make a dodge at the end of the animation to clear the final phase of the animation that makes the character stay in place for 0. 5 seconds or so).

So I’m wondering, do you think it’s right for it to be this way or should it be modified to allow “Haste” for all 5 seconds that are declared?
