Describe the issue you are experiencing: First house bought in Windsward at 50% off - 10,000. Property Tax shows that I will be taxed based off of full price - 20,000. Tax rate at time of screenshot was 9%. This is not consistent with the estimated tax (900) that was shown in a previous message at time of purchase.
