First light 10% refining bonus is too strong and needs to be removed

You have to have to this fort to do any refining. GET RID OF THIS BONUS

But why? Jeez it’s another post of yours where you are complaining about the game. The bonus itself is good and that is what makes FL valueable anyhow. And no, you don’t need this fort to do any refining,

Move it to 200 music.

it really is crazy stupid much, you pay like 100k to get that bonus with e.g. smelting gear (previously you paid way more than that and for all refinements).

So you’d rather not have an occasional 10% bonus?

I think it’s kinda exciting to have a bonus worth starting up a little open world PVP!

It’s much stronger than a full set of refining gear. It’s multiplicative with all other modifiers, not additive.

Can you provide the formula you using ? I don’t see how it’s better than a refining gear set since it’s the ONLY other factor. Example for full smelting gear crafting asmo : Additive give 20% chance to have extra asmo while multiplicative give 21% of extra asmo. It’s better on lower tiers mat but still not OP or anything. Pretty much the most contested fort in PVP so I don’t see as a bad thing

Yes, it’s correct that for asmo and other CD mats the multiplicative/additive difference isn’t that big. On lower tier mats the difference is larger.

Also, I’m pretty sure that unlike other modifiers, this is not a chance of more mats, it just straight up adds 10% to whatever you would have made without it. When making asmo with a smelter set you’d sometimes get only 10, sometimes 12 or even more. With FL bonus (and no refining gear) you get 11 every single time.

Forts need better bonuses, not worse.

There are actually a few hotspots that flip multiple times a day, and it’s the faction leaders fighting over them. This is in my mind a great additive bonus to world PVP and should be encouraged more, not less.
