Devs: The Steam achievement, nor the associated title aren’t unlocking, but if I manually navigate to the “First Time Homeowner” achievement it says completed. Even though in the summary on the left it says 0/3 next to Housing. Problably I gotta buy a new house again, that happens due to 88/uninitialized error.

Hey bro, I found the solution by myself, you’ll need to buy another house and another achievement will unlock with the broken one as well but after loging off the game and joining again.
