Didn’t make a screenshot at the exact time of levelling.

Level fishing up to aptitude level one
I got this bug too and I see no one is getting them.
Yes, you get the chests at step one and two, but not the good one at the rollover to the next level. I’ve provided screenshots of all three scenarios in the thread I started on this:
