Yep, reports are a waste of time. Reported 4 bots weeks back on this forum, ingame and through multiple tickets and they are still there. AGS doesn‘t care.

Thank you very much for reporting those players who seems not to be following the Amazon.com Help: Amazon Games Code of Conduct.
This is a great help for us since our team can keep tracking it and take actions, sorry if you report a player and after the report you see him playing, this could happen for a lot of possible scenarios that we are not going to bring on here, however please keep this good behavior since this really help us a lot to build together a better community, as my colleague CryoFear posted, you always have the option to report them in-game or outside with the ticket, as you mention that you usually do.
With that being said, this is a call for every mate in-game that keep reporting, please keep doing it, I know that sometimes could be a bit frustrated when it doesn’t happen, but that doesn’t exclude that will happen in the future or so.

@Cathulhu @Kryptid Can you check the bots that are reported on this subject too? There is a bot fisher for 20DAYS. And i take beautiful photos of him

@Kryptid Thank you for sending it to the team, otherwise he wouldnt be here on his 21st day i assume. Every morning i welcome my fishing bot, i would be too upset if he is gone.

Issue: BOT Fishers/ Exploiting a rock breach (I am not using these exploits for my own benefit, I am just showing to bring awareness and hopefully get this patched)
First image: Party of BOTS inside a rock, able to fish without interruptions ( Player named “kicker” is the one who comes and picks up anything the other BOTS have fished up.)
Second/ Third Image: Breach location, simply sprint dive into this rock point to enter rock.
Fourth/ Fifth/ Sixth Image: Second breach location. Just crawl and wedge your character under this bridge, once wedged just simply stand and your character will fall through rock.

25th day update: Bot is not here for couple of hours. I am still not sure if he is banned but we will see until monday. Maybe this is the happy ending of this story but he sometimes vanishes on the weekend. We will see soon

Player name KAKAriS on server Karaka is last two days on same spot with same move and fishing on spot in Restless Shore and he got 2 level just from fishing. So you can’t get any fish from that spot because someone use BOT and i already report and my friend report and noting ?
So write if third party programs and bots are allowed in game so we all use them or not playing anymore.

Bots are still here. Im starting to think AGS does not care about the community. Im leaving this game once Ashes of Creation comes out since they dont care. i dont care if this game dies out anymore.
does support actually read them? the last time i forwarded evidence of people openly selling gold and land trading they sent me a copy paste response on how to appeal a ban.
