Fishing Bug at Subra rare hotspot

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Valhalla

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: While fishing the 2 star hotspot south of Subra in Mourningdale I cannot reel in fish. I can cast and hook, but cannot reel in my catch. I tried from several locations around the hotspot and no success. My bait is considered used as well after hooking. Also a weird line appears above my character when the line is cast.
