Fishing HOTPOTS not showing up but can hear the Fish jumping

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Secret hot spot in Weaver Fen SE of RICHMIRE will not show up to cast on. There is another secret spot in Cutlass Keys in south area not showing up beside a ship wreck

I see this as well. However, in my case, I’m not high enough to access the hotspot - still I can hear the fish jumping.

I was informed ingame that if your skill isn’t high enough then you cannot see the fish however you can hear them which is rather weak code.
