- What is your character name in New World: Bodi Jake
- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Frislandia
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Minor issue. The HUD items that normally display while fishing will disappear if you enter the Settings menu and then return to the normal HUD.
- Is this a bug or an exploit: Minor bug.
- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Cannot see fishing HUD items, like casting circle (basically fishing blind).
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes. Press F3 to exit fishing. Re-enter settings menu and return to normal HUD. Press F3 to fish again and HUD returns to normal.
- (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Press F3 near water to take out fishing pole. HUD is normal. Press ESC and then click Settings->Gameplay. Press ESC. Fishing HUD is gone and remains gone. Pressing F3 subsequently does not restore HUD. You must put away fishing pole, press ESC then click Settings->Gameplay and then press ESC again to restore HUD (although sometimes this does not even work).
