Fishing legend title missing

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: After completing the fishing quesline, I did not receive neither the achievement nor the title along with it.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Im missing an achievement and a title I really want and at the time of writing this, all my titles are gone even after rebooting the game completely.

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, I was not

if that is the fishing lvl 100 achievement go to 101 that fixed it for me

Was for completing the quest specifically but rebooting twice seemed to fix the issue. It has yet to happen again.
