Hei there, not 100% sure its a bug but i cant think of sth else. I wanted to complete the fishing questline from the NPCs (Michael Shields, Dena Ruby, Dallas Clemenson,…). Im sure i didnt finish them, maybe like the first quest but not any further. But by no means can i see their quests on the map, journal nor am i having any further interaction with these NPCs by just talking to them. Anyone who has been in the same Situation or is this a known thing? Any help appreciated

Yes, I have the same problem. I haven’t played since last year and went to do the quest but there is no NPC to give any of the quests. Also there is no way to view my complete quest but I am certain I never completed beyond the first or second quest of the questline.
