We really care to keep the game as fair and free of cheaters as possible, so you can be sure that if you report them we’ll investigate every case to ensure that there are no bots running around Aeternum! We really appreciate you take the time to report them, same as gold sellers or any other suspicious behavior, on our part, you can be sure that action will be taken as soon as possible.

Feel free to log into the game and onto the servers of all the people that are even reporting the bots on the forums. Go back a month. Let me know how many bots you’ve come across that are still online, now Level 60, that have been reported in-game, on the forums, and have gotten replies similar to yours.

We know, we also play, but you would be amazed with how many players are getting caught and banned for this activities every minute! So please be patient, we just need your help with the reports and we’ll do the rest I promise.

What’s even crazier is the amount of bots I reported since launch and they’re still online. Still doing their thing. On Valhalla, one of the most popular servers on US East.
Go ahead and look up the bots that some people reported though about a month ago, just on the forums alone. See if they’re banned. I’ll give you a hint, they’re not.
Careful though, you might get perma banned for cheating because they’ll think you’re a bot if you make a new character on a new server and then delete it.
I’d ask if you could kindly get rid of those bots but hey, you’re just a Customer Service person. You don’t have access to tools like that.
Maybe what’s even crazier though is me being perma banned for cheating for… not cheating? Who knows!
