I never utilized the metric “per day” that’s pretty unspecific. But I also have lucky waters 3 on everything, max trophies and lucky day/night 3. Prior to the patch, I would catch between 1-3 lava barbs per hot spot. I would even fish it occasionally without my full gear and still pull some. I would understand increasing the threshold to prevent bots from pulling some on a lucky roll. But now I literally leave the 3* hot spot empty-handed more often than not. I presently have a drop rate of around 3% on 350 fish caught I dropped 7 legendaries, where it was around 20% prior to the patch. Fishing is just not lucrative anymore, even with the cooking bonuses. Players just spec around using the 40 constitution foods. I’ll count again today, so far I’m at 0 of 20. I also only fish at 3* hot spots.
5/100 drop rate since, 5% much better than the 3% … I might just be getting excited at the bad luck streaks haha. But I definitely used to proc way more.
what is going on ? day week mount passing and still no reward for 3rd chest expertise level over 200 fishing. thx

Despite the fact that the bug was reported long ago, nothing is happening, even no information, my report is 12/30/2021 again on 1/25/2022 - the cooking has been repaired a long time ago, you really have fishermen because there aren’t many of them in …
there’s a few glitched hotspots, not getting the aptitude crates, also the fishing trophy’s used as stairs in decoration mode is really bad.
I would have more faith in them if they actually made some progress on these issues
Over the last couple of days when I hit the 3 star aptitude crates for fishing, I get a message “Congrats, here’s a chest reward!” (something along those lines) and then there is nothing in my inventory. I thought I was going mad and maybe I opened it already. Though the loot is not that great, so I thought it was more bait but I just noticed it again! It takes a lot for me to log on, create and link my account and then post up… So that means there is an issue! 
When is this going to be fixed please? I can see its been going on for a while now. I’ve been only fishing in Reekwater and by my numbers I’ve missed out on 7 x 3 Star Chests.

You arent going mad. Im over over 56 of those crates… not to mention the gypsum.
They have known about this for over two months and havent done anything more than lip service. Who knows if they will ever fix it. Or even back date those who have chests and gypsum owed to them
