In my opinion, you were very unprofessional for a large company. I understand anyone can make a mistake, but you’ve been doing it all the time since your game came out. I waited impatiently for her, and unfortunately you show that you can’t handle really easy things. I know a bit about this, and it’s a bit of a shame not being able to explain what really happened and fix this error. Maybe if you wrote exactly what is going on, the players would help, not challenge. You have earned this treatment yourselves now. I’m sorry, but I’m disappointed with you and your company.

It can be any number of things, infrastructure in particular can be frustratingly odd behaving at times.
In case of dev/community manager:
I would (as would many others) appreciate a bit of transparency though so if we could get like a “report” of what the incidents occuring are and what was/is being done to fix them it would be a very interesting read and would probably put a lot of frustrated people at ease but I also understand that it might be sensitive information. Thanks for a fun game so far, hoping for a roadmap in the near future, would be nice to see where we’re headed. :slight_smile:
