Balance / fix weapon perks.
Make umbral shards usable on 590-599 gs.
Add umbral shard drops to pvp (OPR, wPVP, anything)

Iād be happy with those suggestions.
It does seem odd that there is no PvP option to make umbra shards (except from the OPR gypsum).
