The event quest line is broken. Many people are not getting the sheet music required to complete the next quest.
Another quest line breaking issue is that if you abandon a quest with the sheet music in your inventory it takes the sheet music from you and does not give it back when you reaccept the quest.
Please fix this ASAP I can not play the event with the broken quest line.
Ive seen many people complain about this same issue.

I noticed this issue yesterday, was hoping it would have been fixed by now. Im on “Spreading the Cheer” - Play ‘My New Home’ (Novice) anywhere in Aeternum. Never got the sheet music, tried abandoning and retook the quest, still nothing.
I just saw in game people having the same issue. It seems the quest sheet music is with your quest items, and not with your rewards items like the other sheet music. Since i abandoned already, that is why I can’t continue the quest line apparently.
I hope this gets fixed ASAP

I’ve just finished whole questline, strange.
Bump. Lots of company members have this issue.
You are getting it. I appears in the section of your bag that quest items are held in.
so here is a work-around. Have someone that has the music you need to play meet you wherever.
Have them (the player that has the music) hit F5. Once the menu opens have them hit L. This allows them to invite you (or whoever needs to play the music they know). Now the player that doesn’t have the sheet music in their inventory/knowledge can perform the song as the other player stands idly by.
Not ideal, but it works.

The issue is the “open the cache…” cant be opened with a quest cache to open it
