The one that lightning posted, its crashing peoples clients now. The crashing is happening in and out of instances even to people not exploiting.

This is why people get frustrated, this should have been fixed in PTR.
You can also open the shop menu while sitting in a chair, and whichever direction you’re facing- it will turn your avatar, and another person can use the same seat as you. all sorts of odd ball stuff you can do with the shop menu.
Just imagine multiple people doing this at once

I actually secretly love the silly bugs that pop up. Like that one where people can glide around while fishing. Have a secret place in my heart for stuff like that. Even this is great if it’s not abused in PVP and just to see what kinda shenanigans can be done visually lol. Guess it becomes an issue it crashes other players though lol.
Hoping fixed soon though. I’m sure plenty of abuse in PVP right now.

Alot of abilities can do this exploit and a large amount of people are using it. Yes, they do do damage. Its not just visual.

The thing is, if your client has the AUTHORITY to TELL the SERVER that your COOLDOWN is done, there is A HUGE PROBLEM.
I’m shocked no one has done a YouTube deep dive on NW client authority. We know so many things are stored on client. Hacks can make you attack faster, apparently opening menus can reset your CDs. Even if they fix the menu bug, what prevents me from going into memory on my client and just telling my client that my CDs are ready? Who built this thing and why did they build it like this??
