Fix your product, this isnt an indie company

EU Central World Restarts at 1:30 AM PT (10:30 CEST)?

I don’t want to wake up at 6 am to play for 30 mins, see servers die, get back in, cant interact with anything and now i sit in a queue that doesnt move because i tried to restart.

Fix your bugs. Now Hellheim isn’t even being restarted.

Editing now so it gets un-hidden: Any Mod that feels fit can move this to the Feedback part of the forum, given the traction of the topic i don’t believe it should be removed or hidden for any other reason.

Same issue here, after waiting for ages i moved 4 places only to be kicked out that queue and got put at the back of the line again.

They won’t, I can assure you. They had months and months to prepare for this launch. Had alphas, betas, all having the same connection and stability issues… Nothing was done about it and nothing will in the near future…

Logged in at 07:55 after the “boat animation” i got black screen
I re started the game and tried log in at 08:05, i got in the position 2444. After 2 hours ( around 10:00) i got a message that i couldn’t log in. Now can log in because server will re-start… PATHETIC !!!

Exactly the same issue on Hades server, and mine isn’t on the reboot list either.

i expected that after several closed alphas over multiple years, and open and a closed beta, they would fix a gamebreaking bug that can only be solved by restarting your game causing you to sit in queue.

Maybe it will come as a DLC fix? :3

Afaik this bug wasnt a thing in previous betas

I expected that closed and open betas were made to test and stress the servers and queues. And they know how many copies of the game they sold, they know approximate numbers of players that are going to play. More servers at least? They announced that maximum capacity is around 1.5k players, so why is there any stability issues at all? If the capacity is 1.5k players, then why there aren’t any more servers? OK, they do maintenance and restart, on Hellheim queue is dead, why not restarting it? Everything is pretty obvious, look at the launch of WoW latest expansion with a ton of people online and tons of views on twitch. There were no queues and no lags. So, NW is definitely not the “first big” launch in the last years. WoW might be getting less populating all over the last years but it is still big AF with millions of players.

You guys obviously haven’t ever played an MMO. Name one that has been able to handle a launch like this with 230k players logging in at once without having to shutdown for 2-5 days. Hello?!? Bueller?!?

Some of you are pathetic, saying fix this, fix that. I don’t work at Amazon Games but how about you go make a big title with a game company, have a beta, then have a Launch Date. I guarantee you will get messages about fix your game, you guys suck, etc. I don’t think some of you understand how much work it is to make a game. think about it, this is there first game they have made, correct me if I’m wrong. To make their first game, it is insane, every company will go thru some type of issues with server stability, connection lost or issues, and etc. Just chill out and let them work, if they haven’t done anything about it, leave it alone.

Some people just like to whine and be seen sadly, nothing’s going to stop it.

this is not their first game, this is not their first launch and this is not the firs ttime for an mmo to be launched.
This is one of the biggest company with THE biggest server service. SOME stability was to be expected.
