Wow was 2004. I think its a disgrace for a company like Amazon not to do better 17 years later.
Waited for 3 hours to get from place 3200 to 89 just to get kicked out. Now I am on place 6200 thank you very much

This will always be the issue, but I expect a smoother release from the like of Amazon, I’m surprised people havent asked for a partial refund yet, at least nobody has asked for 2 months free 
- that was always the kicker…you hate the game but want two months free lol.
Hey ho, read the forums, read other forums, answer mails, txt’s and what nots…thast what I’ve been doing for the last few hrs.
Lack of accurate info for populations/queue lenghts are the most annoying. I joined a low pop server that had zero queues and been in the queue for hours.

just worst experience ever, just fix the E so we can play, cant do anything just keep stock on the que trying to restart the game hoping it will fix the issue.
WoW is still awful at content releases.
Why is this the solution ? Who from the support team flagged that as the solution ?

Left WoW years ago and played FF14 since then
I couldnt use my weapons, I restarted the game, I stayed in Queue for 4 hours from position 2000 to 1300. Then My computer fell a sleep, I got disconnected from the queue. Now Im 2900 !

iam in que 224 if i still cant press on anything ill just quit this game. worst support ever
Im all about doing shots when que has moved a few hundred. Problem is servers has moved 3out of 700 in 90 mins so not getting very drunk 
i flagged that as the solution.

Login at 8:00 a.m, starting playing (for the queue) at 8:35 a.m.
10:00 a.m (aprox) restart server
10:40 a.m (aprox) we can login again
But E (interaction) doesn’t work correctly, I need to reconect. (tried different ways before)

Click on Play, 4500 position queue.

and login servers are down again, poggies. good job publisher with own server hosting service, great experience!

Game dev and project manager here. Also had to deal with several launches in the past and wobbly servers when 100k+ tried to get on/back in the first minute after a launch. Oh - and: of course with several reboots when something was fubar. People didn’t party then but: we did it w/o any queue.
And I can assure you: You got no clue. At all. So please go educate yourself on game development.

Your clearly not intelligent…why shouldn’t people complain. They paid for a game and they are unable to play. A game is progression heavy. So you don’t play you don’t progress it’s also pvp heavy. If you don’t progress you get your rear ended handed to you in pvp. So their frustration is warranted Amazon made a promise that It’s broken twice already. If your not hear to help go be a troll somewhere else.
