Fixing the gold issue, a better way

Raising taxes is a very unpopular decision.

I hope that the people at AGS know this.

A better way to remove gold would be through vendors.

As players there are a couple of items that will always be in high demand and these are the craft mats for bis.

It would be a way more popular move to put squirming vines (shirking fort) and shard of iron (freedom) in the faction vendor shop for 2k each and 5000 faction tokens.

As of now these are very hard to farm.

The resilient craft mod is already in the shop, so there is precedent.

Please AGS do this instead. It would help the player experience and remove thousands of gold from the economy on a regular basis.

If you agree with this please plus 1 it.

We can make our voices heard, they already backed out on reflexive pots. Hopefully they can back out of this also.

If you disagree with this idea, please come up with an alternative to the tax raise. A solution that removes gold from economy and helps all the players.

Or if you think that raising taxes is a good idea I would love to hear your reasons why.

Thankyou

Or in other words: if the players could actually spend their coin on good gear, there would be no problem. As it stands all you can do is participate in a (very expensive) lottery. Most refuse and rather keep their coin.

This is not an MMO, it is a giant slot machine.

A easier way is to add an azoth vendor that sell azoth. Remove azoth gained from activities. So the only way to get it is via the vendor or thru the vials from drops and crafting crates.

The drops are so frequent though that there would be no reason to go to the vendor and I would just buy vials on the TP cause they would be cheaper.

So the drop rate would have to be decreased and not sellable on the TP
