They never include any details, it so hard to get any sort of understanding of what is going on. Its always same response: This is our decision and don’t bother messaging back.

Update: “I have checked your New world account and as of now I see there is no ban or warning on this one. How ever please be careful with what you type or say on the game and make sure no one gets offended by the words. Lets make new world a friendly and safe game to play.”
